• document contents;
• text or images contained in a document;
• metadata that exists exclusively within the selected document;
• files produced as a result of conversion; or
• confidential, sensitive, or Personal Information included within a document.

Because this processing occurs entirely on your device, Relay Convert does not maintain copies of source documents or converted output. We are unable to view, retrieve, or restore those files.

We also do not disclose document contents to third parties, use those contents for advertising purposes, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models.

Likewise, because a locally processed document never reaches our systems, we cannot fulfill a request to access or erase such a document on your behalf.

You are responsible for confirming that you have all rights, permissions, and other legal authority required to process any document using Relay Convert.

Responsibility for storing and protecting documents located on your device also remains with you. We recommend using appropriate security measures, including suitable access restrictions, backups, device protection, and antivirus or similar security software.
